Gazprom Neft reelects Miller as chairman of board of directors
MOSCOW, Sep 4 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft has reelected Alexei Miller, CEO of gas giant Gazprom, as the chairman of the company’s board of directors, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
The board did not prolong powers of former Deputy CEO of Gazprom and current Deputy Finance Minister Andrei Kruglov, and Managing Director of Gazprom Germania GmbH Igor Fyodorov, while all other members of the board kept their seats.
The company also expanded the board to 13 chairs from 11, and elected four new members: Gazprom’s deputy CEOs Vitaly Markelov and Famil Sadygov and members of Gazprom’s management board Sergei Kuznets and Sergei Menshykov.
